Please follow our guidelines as outlined below for using your scholarship funds.

You MUST begin this process

AT LEAST ONE WEEK

prior to beginning of class to secure your spot.

Your spot in the class will not be reserved until we have PROCESSED your purchased order.

  1. Please reserve the service amount that most closely matches your desired class’ purchase price (not all classes are eligible).  Remaining scholarship funds will be released back into your student’s account once the order is processed.*
  2. Once you have reserved your funds in your EMA account, email us at [email protected] and let us know which class(es) you would like these funds applied to.  After receiving your request, we will send you a personal code applicable to your chosen class(es) within 1-3 business days.
  3. Purchase your class on our shop classes page, making sure to apply your personal code to zero out the balance.  Verify the total due before applying your coupon as this is the amount that will be deducted from your EMA account.  If you forget to apply your code and we have to refund you, we must charge a processing fee of 10% of the purchase price.
  4. Your spot in the class will not be reserved until we have processed your purchased order (1-3 business days).
  5. Your EMA account will be charged the actual class(es) cost plus tax at the time of registration.*  Amelia Art Studio’s refund/cancellation policy applies, and we reserve the right to charge your EMA account according to our policy.  If cancellations are made within our policy guidelines, you will receive Studio credit.  NO CASH REFUNDS.  No exceptions.

*EXAMPLE:  When reserving funds, select the option cost closest to the actual class(es) cost plus tax.  We will charge your account this amount and the balance will go back into your EMA account.  For example, if you are reserving a single session core class, you will reserve the $150 option.  When we charge your account, it will be the actual cost of $139 + $9.73 tx = $148.73 that will be deducted from your account.  The remaining reserved balance of $1.27 will credit back to your EMA account.

You will see your total due BEFORE applying your coupon.  This amount is what we charge your EMA account, NOT the zeroed balance (which is missing tax).  It is your responsibility to know this amount BEFORE applying your coupon.
