Through guided instruction, creative experimentation, and hands-on exploration, students will develop essential painting skills while discovering the joy of the creative process.
Throughout the session, artists will explore a variety of painting techniques including brushwork, color mixing, layering, texture, and composition. This class introduces new concepts and creative challenges that encourage curiosity, imagination, problem-solving, and artistic growth.
Emphasizing creative exploration over perfection, this class encourages artists to experiment, take artistic risks, and develop their own unique styles. Young artists will strengthen their understanding of painting fundamentals while building confidence, independence, and a greater appreciation for the possibilities of acrylic painting.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Before you register for classes, please be aware that a full refund will no longer be issued. If you cancel more than one month before classes begin you will receive a refund minus a $20.00 materials/admin fee per session. Cancellations between one month to two weeks before classes begin will receive a 50% refund. There will be NO refund issued within two weeks of class start date. If you join a session already in progress, there will be no refund. Switching classes at any time will incur a $20.00 admin fee, and your spot in the new class will not be guaranteed until payment has been received. Contact the studio for switching instructions.
