IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19, OUR STUDIO HAS MADE SEVERAL POLICY CHANGES TO REDUCE THE SPREAD OF THE VIRUS.
Please read the information below before signing up for class.
-If your child has tested positive for COVID-19, they cannot attend class until they have been cleared by their doctor and provide a doctor’s note.
-If your child or anyone in their household has had an exposure to a person that has tested positive for COVID-19, your child cannot attend class until 14 days after the exposure occurred.
-If your child or anyone in their household has had a fever in the last 24 hours, they cannot attend class.
-If your child is experiencing illness or expressing flu-like symptoms, they cannot attend class.
-Children will be screened and have their temperature checked upon arrival for safety.
-Teaching staff will wash hands before and after class.
-Children will wash hands at arrival time and at class dismissal. Children will use sink one at a time.
-Studio will provide hand sanitizer as needed during class.
-All equipment and supplies will be sanitized and disinfected before and after use.
-Our work space and sink will be cleaned and disinfected before and after class.
-Adults must drop off/sign in child without entering our work area. The same goes for picking up/signing out. This does not apply to Art Bambini, as adults stay for class.
-Children will use individually prepared art supplies. There will be no shared materials or work surfaces. Each child will be assigned their own separate work station. These work tables are spaced more than 6 feet apart.
-Our art activities emphasize independent work and individual projects to promote social distancing during class.
-Staff will wear masks for safety during class.
-Masks are required for children (age 3 and older). For safety, children and adults must wear facial protection. Children can only remove masks when they are seated and social distanced during class.
-We do not allow food in class due to allergies. Children can bring a personal water bottle labeled with their name.
-Please make sure your child uses the restroom at home or before class so we limit interruptions during class.
-Please dress for mess!
